Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: We ship worldwide except to some remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times may vary by destination.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your printed dresses as much as we do! If you’re not completely satisfied, our hassle-free returns policy makes it easy to exchange or return items within 15 days of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
  • Dresses must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Original proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Tank Dresses (due to close-to-skin wear)
  • Any items without original tags or showing signs of wear

Simple Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days with:
    • Your order number
    • Item details (name, size, color/print)
    • Reason for return
  2. Wait for Approval: Our Phoenix-based team will respond within 1-2 business days with return authorization and instructions
  3. Package Your Return: Securely pack the item(s) in original packaging with all tags
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to our return center using a trackable method (return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility unless due to our error)

Return Shipping Options

You may choose any carrier, but we recommend:

  • Standard Return: DHL or FedEx (10-15 days)
  • Economy Return: EMS (15-25 days)

Refund Information

  • Refunds processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive the return

Special Cases

Damaged or Incorrect Items

International Returns
