Our Style Promise
We specialize in casual, ethnic, vintage, and plus-size printed dresses that celebrate individuality. While we carefully curate our collection of shirt dresses, sweatshirt dresses, maxi dresses and more, we understand that sometimes a dress might not be the perfect fit or match your expectations.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
- Dresses must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Original proof of purchase required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Tank Dresses (due to close-to-skin wear)
- Any items without original tags or showing signs of wear
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact our customer service within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
- Wait for approval – Our Phoenix-based support team will respond within 1-2 business days with return authorization and instructions.
- Package your return – Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging if possible, including all tags.
- Ship your return – Send the package to our return center using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping Options
You may choose any carrier for returns, but we recommend using:
- Standard Return: DHL or FedEx (typically 10-15 days)
- Economy Return: EMS (typically 15-25 days)
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
